IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY ASPECT OF THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DATAROOM.ORG.UK’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR (USD $1.00).

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be finally settled by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), following the LCIA Rules, which are incorporated here by reference.

12. TERMINATION

dataroom.org.uk may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site (including removal of any content you have posted) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice—particularly if it believes you have violated these Terms. dataroom.org.uk may also cease operations of the Site, either in whole or in part, without providing notice.
